A sixty six year old man was arrested on Wednesday after Osceola Detectives confirmed that he was downloading Child Pornography in his Celebration, Florida apartment.
On Wednesday, June 26th detectives with the ICAC Unit (Internet Crimes Against Children) executed a search warrant at 1251 Wharton Drive Apt 104 in Celebration, Florida after receiving numerous tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about someone at that address downloading child pornography.
Osceola detectives examined and seized numerous pieces of electronic equipment that they discovered in the home and then began questioning sixty-six year-old Paul Curley. Curley made statements confirming the information provided to investigators and was then placed under arrest for multiple counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
The investigation is ongoing and additional charges may follow after further forensic examination of the electronic equipment seized from the apartment is conducted.
