What started out as a simple rear ending of a car in the rear parking lot of the Publix Supermarket ended up with one man pointing his gun at the other driver, reports the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.

The victim reported that he was involved in a minor vehicle accident with black Hyundai Elantra bearing California tag 7VAK136. The driver of the Hyundai left the scene of the accident, and quickly fled behind the Publix.

The victim then followed the Hyundai vehicle to take a picture of its license plate. The driver, realizing her was being followed then stopped. He exited his vehicle holding a black handgun and pointed the gun at the victim.

The suspect then fled the area. The victim was able to capture the incident on video using his phone. The investigation later revealed that the vehicle the suspect was driving is a stolen vehicle since March 11, 2017, out of Osceola County.
