The Mega Millions® jackpot continues its incredible climb, now reaching an estimated $900 million ($415.3 million cash) for the next drawing on Tuesday, November 11. The grand prize jumped again after no ticket matched all six numbers in Friday’s drawing — white balls 16, 21, 23, 48, and 70, plus the gold Mega Ball 5.

This marks the eighth-largest jackpot in Mega Millions history and only the third time since 2023 that the prize has approached the billion-dollar milestone. The current game record remains $1.602 billion, won right here in Florida on August 8, 2023. Since the last jackpot was claimed in Virginia on June 27, millions of players have been trying their luck as the prize continues to grow.

Millions of Winners — But No Jackpot Yet

Friday night’s drawing produced more than 688,000 winning tickets nationwide, totaling $13.8 million in non-jackpot prizes. Sixteen players matched four white balls plus the Mega Ball, earning third-tier prizes ranging from $20,000 to $100,000, including three lucky tickets sold in Florida.

In all, this 38-drawing run has awarded nearly $288 million across 12.4 million winning tickets in every prize category, including 17 second-tier prizes worth hundreds of thousands of dollars each.

Mega Millions by the Numbers

Mega Millions has now produced seven jackpots exceeding $1 billion, each won in a different state. In addition to Florida’s record-setting win in 2023, billion-dollar jackpots have been claimed in South Carolina, Michigan, Illinois, Maine, New Jersey, and California.

Tickets are available in 45 states, Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Each ticket costs $5 and includes a randomly assigned multiplier that can boost lower-tier prizes up to 10 times their original amount. Drawings are held every Tuesday and Friday at 11 p.m. ET in Atlanta, Georgia.
