A Florida MISSING CHILD ALERT has been issued for Carter Cox, last seen in the area of 1200 block of Water Willow Drive in Groveland, Florida. The child may be in the company of Rosie Cruz. They may be traveling in a 2009, green Chrysler Town & Country van, Florida tag number N405SE.
Cox is 2 feet tall, weighs 35 pounds, with blond hair and gray eyes, officials report. Cruz is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to contact the FDLE or call Groveland police at 352-429-4166.
