A car was driving westbound on US-192 near Vineland Road in Kissimmee Tuesday night around 8:25pm when the driver decided to make a u-turn to head east. While turning left, the car drove directly into the path of an oncoming motorcycle that was heading eastbound on US-192. The motorcyclist attempted to stop quickly to avoid the car, but was ejected and fatally struck the car.
According to witnesses, the driver of the car, who was described as a man, then fled the scene and turned down a nearby street, got out of the car briefly and then drove away.
