Office of Osceola Clerk of Court & County Comptroller Kelvin Soto to be Closed Today, Wednesday August 30 Due to Hurricane Idalia

The Office of Kelvin Soto, Esq. Osceola Clerk of the Circuit Court & County Comptroller will be closed today, Wednesday, August 30,  in an abundance of caution due to Hurricane Idalia.

Additionally, all court operations with the 9^th circuit court will be suspended. The Jon B. Morgan Osceola County Courthouse will re-open on Thursday, August 31, 2023, unless otherwise communicated.

The County Clerk & Comptroller’s Office says they will work to re-schedule appointments as soon as possible.
