An undercover investigation spearheaded by the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office led to the arrests of nearly 100 suspects, all charged with crimes related to sexual offenders/predators restrictions or new law violations.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Sex Offender Unit, in conjunction with the United States Marshal Services, conducted Operation Always Watching, which took place from April 1, 2023, through July 31, 2023. The operation had a primary focus on sexual offender compliance. It also included contacting registered sexual offenders who were listed as transients, sex offenders who had previously absconded, and Sexual Offenders and Predators actively residing within the jurisdiction of Osceola County.

Operation Always Watching resulted in combined investigations and more than 100 arrests of Sexual Offenders and Predators with reference to violations of their statutory sexual offense restrictions or new law violations. All arrestees were booked and transported to the Osceola County Jail.
