The Osceola County Clerk of the Circuit Court & County Comptroller has announced that its ‘Operation Greenlight’ which will make it possible for individuals to fulfill past due court obligations and reinstate driver’s licenses. will be held online from March 11-25, 2023 or in person, Monday-Friday, March 13-17 and March 20-24, 2023 from 8:00am-5:00pm. For added convenience, extended hours are available, and payments will be accepted until 6:00pm on Tuesdays & Thursdays March 14, 16, 21 & 23.

The Clerk & Comptroller first offered Operation Greenlight in 2015 to help drivers save money and get back on the road. During 2022’s event, 377 drivers became eligible for reinstatement.

“It is our sincere hope that individuals with suspended driver licenses will take advantage of this limited time opportunity to have their additional fees waived.” Clerk of the Circuit Court & County Comptroller, Kelvin Soto, Esq. said. “Driving on a suspended license can have significant consequences and we encourage those eligible to let us help then get back on the road soundly.”

To participate online, individuals may request a payment plan at www.osceolaclerk.com. Prior to requesting a payment plan, individuals must confirm there are not any out of county or out of state suspensions or revocations, child support suspensions, or judicial department ordered revocations. Individuals can check the status of their driver license by clicking here.

To request a payment plan online, individuals will fill out the Partial Payment Agreement Form. Once the form has been completed, individuals will email the form to cashier@osceolaclerk.org. A Customer Care Clerk from the Clerk & Comptroller’s Office will email or call the person requesting the payment plan to confirm the status of the application and take the initial payment. Once the license is cleared, constituents may return to driving on the road or visit the Osceola County Tax Collector’s Office if necessary.
