Jarmar Francis, 36, was arrested Tuesday and charged with attempted first-degree murder and was booked into the Osceola County Jail on no bond.

An investigation into the shooting, which occurred around 3 a.m. Saturday in the area of  Dolphin Street and North Brack Street in the Kissimmee, revealed that Francis was the shooter. He was located in St. Cloud on Tuesday and apprehended by detectives with Sheriff’s Office Intelligence Unit. Once in custody, Jarmar did not cooperate with the investigation.

The victim, Bernard Ferguson, 37, remains in a local hospital in critical condition.
