Terry Weaver, Kissimmee resident and Senior Legislative Representative at OUC, recently led the OUC-sponsored “Hats Off to Our Hometown Healthcare Heroes” event in St. Cloud, which focused on thanking front-line health care workers in St. Cloud, Florida.
Torrens, St. Cloud Mayor Nathan Blackwell and Osceola County Commissioner Fred Hawkins, Jr. delivered 234 meals to the Osceola County Health Department, thanking them for their hard work in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic.
St. Cloud’s Jimmy Bear’s BBQ prepared pulled pork, barbecue chicken, baked beans, slaw, bread and homemade banana pudding for county healthcare workers.
