If you’ve recently strolled through downtown St. Cloud, it’s hard to miss the transformation of the Historic St. Cloud Hotel. The renovation is in full swing, with impressive advancements made each day.

Key structural elements, including the interior framework, foundation, and external walls, have been reinforced and stabilized. The roofing structure is nearly complete at 95%, awaiting only the stucco finish for the dormers. The new windows have arrived and are prepared for installation once the dormers are ready. The roof has been securely dry-in, shielding the structure from rain and the elements. Next up, the installation of metal roof panels will further fortify the building against air, water, heat, and noise. Additionally, extensive stucco repairs have revitalized the building’s exterior walls.

The renovation, a venture by the international development company ADMC International, is entirely self-funded. Keep an eye out for further updates on this exciting project.
