Toho Water Authority has announced the closure to thru traffic on Sand Run Rd. at the Boulder Dr. intersection beginning Tuesday, January 12, at approximately 9 am.
· Sand Run Rd. left of the Boulder Dr. intersection can be accessed via Agate St.
· Traffic will only be able to turn right on to Sand Run Rd. from Boulder Dr.
· Northbound traffic on Sand Run Rd. towards Boulder Dr. will have to turn left on to Boulder Dr.
The closure is necessary to conduct a rehabilitation project in the area. The project is expected to be completed by February 2021. Schedules could vary according to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution when approaching these areas, as workers will be present and speed limits may be reduced and sidewalks possibly closed and diverted. Flaggers will be in place directing traffic when needed. Signage will be placed as needed to keep the traveling public informed of the project.
