Deputies with the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division have been responding to multiple complaints of vehicle burglaries in the Poinciana Area that were leading to items being taken from the vehicles. Osceola detectives utilized surveillance videos in oirder to obtain a description of the suspect. Detectives with the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Tourist Policing Unit (TPU), West Property Crimes Unit and South Property Crimes Unit were able to identify the suspect as Travis Andrews.

An arrest warrant was obtained for Andrews and a subsequent search warrant for his home (658 Royalty Court in Poinciana, Florida). The items stolen in these crimes were recovered from Andrews’ home and enough evidence was collected to charge Andrews with approximately twenty (20) burglaries in the area. The investigation is continuing.
