Meeting as the Stevens Plantation Improvement Project Dependent Special District Governing Board, the St. Cloud City Council on Thursday approved the sale of property there to developers, bringing all the city-owned property at Stevens Plantation under contract for sale.
The board agreed to sell lots 1, 2, 4, and 5 of the Nolte Road Commercial Park of Stevens Plantation (approximately 6.08 acres) to EMF of Winter Park, Inc. for $1.32 million, for the development of a retail center.
The board also agreed to sell tracts 6 and 8A Stevens Plantation Corporate Campus (approximately 5.5 acres) to LRS Associate Partners for $825,000.
