St. Cloud Elementary School is always shooting for the stars! The St. Cloud Elementary College and Career Night was held Thursday evening, where local businesses and colleges provided useful tools to these bright young students that they will need in the future when deciding their college or career paths.

The College and Career Night is one of the largest family nights hosted by St. Cloud Elementary School, allowing students to explore the different opportunities that await them in the future. Students were able to show off what they have been learning and working on throughout the school year.

Some of the students from the St. Cloud Elementary Robotics Program gave other students and guests the chance to try out their robot creations. This year the Robotics team qualified for State and placed in the top 10! Students in the STEAM coding program were also providing hands-on demonstrations of their hard work, showcasing the video games that they designed. Kyle, a 4th grade STEAM student said he already knows that he wants to become an Engineer and really liked learning about coding and being able to design a video game with his fellow classmates.

It is never too soon to start thinking about the future so thank you, St. Cloud Elementary School for hosting the College and Career Night and for making a positive difference in the minds of your students and their future.
