INGREDIENTS

  • Florida celery stalks, cut into 3 inch pieces
  • 1 (4-ounce jar) pimento
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
  • Several dashes hot pepper sauce (optional)
