On December 5th shortly after 9am, Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a possible home invasion in the Morningside Acres subdivision. The victim told deputies that she was woken up by three armed men wearing masks in her bedroom.

The suspects grabbed her and searched her home while holding her at gun point. They left with a gun cabinet which contained several firearms. While deputies were searching for the suspects, an anonymous caller reported seeing young men near 620 Royal Palm Drive shooting firearms in the backyard.
The Sheriff’s Office helicopter circled the area and found three men matching the description of who the Sheriff’s Office was search for, along with their car.

The men were spotted by the Sheriff’s Office helicopter standing in the backyard with the car along with the stolen safe.

Deputies arrived on scene and Jesus Miguel Marquez-Sanchez, who is a juvenile, Miguel Danyel Marquez-Sanchez, and Francisco Antonio Claudio-Muniz, who is also a juvenile. The suspects were charged with Home Invasion, Aggravated Assault, and Grand Theft on a zero bond.
