Toho Water Authority (Toho) will continue flushing water lines in targeted areas in the City of St. Cloud next week, Jan. 2-6. The map shows the area where customers are likely to experience a temporary drop in water pressure and discolored water. Toho Water Authority says water pressure and clarity will return once flushing operations in the area are completed.
