Toho Water Authority announced on Wednesday that they will resume service disconnections for unpaid bills beginning August 3.

On March 17, 2020, Toho Water Authority implemented a pandemic plan in response to coronavirus (COVID-19) to better serve their customers. The plan included the suspension of service disconnections and late fees for all customers.

Toho will resume its normal billing and collections procedures, as many utilities across the country have done. Service disconnection procedures will resume on Monday, August 3, 2020.

For those who need further assistance amid the continued pandemic, Toho is offering financial programs to help customers. Customers can visit www.tohosupport.com to learn more about their financial programs and to apply for them. Customers can also call 407-944-5000 for assistance.

Customers who may have been unable to pay their bills or have fallen behind on payments, are encouraged to request assistance before August 3, 2020.
