Wild Florida announced late Friday night that its Drive-thru Safari Park will remain closed until further notice.

From its website:

“We apologize for the very late notice and any inconvenience or disappointment this has caused you and your family. If you had a trip planned, our reservations team will be in contact with you to issue refunds or to reschedule your experience for another day as soon as we reopen. Refunds may take 5 to 7 days to appear back in your account.”

Those who bought tickets online can call Wild Florida’s reservation line (407-957-3135) or email info@wildfl.com. On its Facebook announcement of the closure, Wild Florida noted its reservations team would reach out to ticket holders, and refunds should take 5-7 days.

Positively Osceola looks forward to when Wild Florida’s Drive-thru Safari Park, its Gator Park, airboat tours and other animal encounters, re-open. Wild Florida is certainly an amazing natural Florida gem in Osceola County, and during this time of virtual learning for students throughout Osceola County, the Safari Park was a safe “breath of fresh air” and an amazing educational tool for families and students.
