A 19-year-old Kissimmee man was arrested on Monday by the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office charged with multiple counts of Possession of Photo/Video of Sexual Performance by a Child.
Osceola detectives with the ICAC unit served an arrest warrant at an apartment at Cobblestone Circle in Kissimmee after being notified by the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children of an incident involving child sexual abuse material. The suspect was identified as 19-year-old Joseph Omi Rinaldi-Rivera.
During the investigation detectives found multiple videos and photos of egregious content of young children being sexually abused. Based on evidence obtained during the investigation, Rinaldi-Rivera was charged with ten counts of Possession of Photo/Video of Sexual Performance by a Child.
He was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail with a $10,000.00 bond.
