An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing Titusville girl who was last seen being physically pulled into an SUV, according to officials.
The alert was issued Tuesday morning for the girl who witnesses say appeared to be about 15 years old. Currently her name is not known.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has reported that the young girl was last seen at 8 a.m. in the 1600 block of Barna Avenue near Kings Court in Titusville being pulled into a vehicle by an unknown person.
The vehicle looks to be a fairly new charcoal-colored SUV with an unknown license plate number. There is an exterior tire on the back of the vehicle.
The missing girl has been described as a black girl, about 5 feet 5 inches tall with brown eyes and dreadlocks with a white stripe in her hair. She was last seen wearing a green shirt and khaki pants.
Local schools tare being contacted to see if any students who match the girl’s description missed class today (Tuesday).
