Spring is just around the corner, and with it will come spring spruce-ups in the yard. St. Cloud residents who need yard waste bins can call the city to request a 95-gallon green bin for yard waste.
“When people move to St. Cloud and become City customers, we automatically deliver them a garbage bin and a recycle bin,” said Naseem Ghandour, Public Works Director. “The yard waste bins are no longer automatically delivered because so many of them were going unused and just sitting behind houses. To make more effective use of City resources and reduce clutter for our customers, we have stopped automatically delivering the yard waste bins. However, they are available upon request, and we will be glad to deliver to any resident who requests one.”
Any resident who doesn’t already have a yard waste bin and would like to request one or would like to schedule additional Solid Waste services can call 407-957-7344 and select option #4, or email solidwaste@stcloud.org.
