POINCIANA, Fla. — Residents of Poinciana will soon have easier access to essential Clerk of Court services as the Office of Kelvin Soto, Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller, prepares to celebrate the grand opening of its new satellite office with a community-wide Back-to-School event.

The new office, located at 4549 Pleasant Hill Road in Poinciana, will officially open with a special grand opening celebration on Saturday, August 8, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event is designed not only to introduce the community to the new location but also to help local students prepare for the upcoming school year.

During the celebration, families are invited to stop by for a free backpack and school supply giveaway, while supplies last. The event aims to provide students with the tools they need for a successful start to the new academic year while giving residents an opportunity to learn about the services available at the new office.

The satellite office is part of Clerk Kelvin Soto’s ongoing effort to make government services more accessible by bringing them closer to the communities they serve.

“Our goal is to meet the public where they are,” the Clerk’s Office said in announcing the new location, noting that the additional office will improve convenience for residents in the growing Poinciana area.

Following the grand opening, the Poinciana office will operate during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., providing many of the Clerk’s Office services without requiring residents to travel to downtown Kissimmee.

Community members are encouraged to attend the grand opening, tour the new facility, meet Clerk’s Office staff, and take advantage of the backpack giveaway before the new school year begins.

La Oficina del Secretario de los Tribunales Abrirá Nueva Sede en Poinciana con Gran Inauguración y Entrega de Mochilas para el Regreso a Clases

POINCIANA, Florida. — Los residentes de Poinciana pronto tendrán un acceso más conveniente a los servicios esenciales del Secretario de los Tribunales, ya que la Oficina de Kelvin Soto, Secretario del Tribunal de Circuito y Contralor del Condado de Osceola, se prepara para celebrar la gran inauguración de su nueva oficina satélite con un evento comunitario de regreso a clases.

La nueva oficina, ubicada en 4549 Pleasant Hill Road, Poinciana, abrirá oficialmente sus puertas con una celebración especial el sábado 8 de agosto, de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. El evento está diseñado no solo para presentar la nueva sede a la comunidad, sino también para ayudar a los estudiantes locales a prepararse para el próximo año escolar.

Como parte de la celebración, las familias están invitadas a asistir para recibir mochilas gratuitas llenas de útiles escolares, hasta agotar existencias. La iniciativa busca brindar a los estudiantes las herramientas necesarias para comenzar el año escolar con éxito, al tiempo que ofrece a los residentes la oportunidad de conocer los servicios disponibles en la nueva oficina.

La apertura de esta oficina satélite forma parte del compromiso continuo del secretario Kelvin Soto de acercar los servicios gubernamentales a las comunidades y facilitar el acceso de los residentes a los servicios públicos.

“Nuestra meta es atender al público donde más lo necesita”, señaló la Oficina del Secretario al anunciar la nueva ubicación, destacando que esta sede ofrecerá mayor comodidad a los residentes de la creciente comunidad de Poinciana.

Tras la inauguración, la oficina de Poinciana atenderá al público en su horario habitual, de lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m., ofreciendo una amplia variedad de servicios del Secretario de los Tribunales sin que los residentes tengan que desplazarse hasta el centro de Kissimmee.

Se invita a toda la comunidad a asistir a la gran inauguración, recorrer las nuevas instalaciones, conocer al personal de la Oficina del Secretario y aprovechar la entrega gratuita de mochilas y útiles escolares antes del inicio del nuevo año escolar.
