“What will St. Cloud look like in the year 2042?” That was the question driving “Envision St. Cloud”, a City of St. Cloud Growth Management Services (GMS) project that debuted on May 3rd.

Phase one of the Envision St. Cloud citywide visioning project was very informative for both the city and the citizens of St. Cloud, and it continues with Phase II – Design Workshop and Plan Development – that will begin June 26 and end June 28. The Design Workshop includes open-house sessions that will all be held each day at the Marina Banquet Hall (1104 Lakeshore Blvd.).

“We will begin to develop the underlying themes of the Envision St. Cloud plan by combining the community’s vision,” said City of St. Cloud Planning and Zoning Manager and Envision St. Cloud Project Manager Andre Anderson. “The Design Workshop is a multi-day workshop that will focus on Phase I’s data and input. During Phase II, we will start to see what the community wants our city to look like in the next 25 years. We look forward to welcoming the public during this phase of the project.”
