After closing its gates earlier in the year amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Give Kids the World Village in Kissimmee, an organization that inspires hope for critically ill children and their families, began sharing its magic once again on Sunday.

According to Give Kids the World, they will reopen with safety as their number one priority and will do so slowly, with a limited number of families at the start, seasonal staff and volunteers, and gradually growing our numbers over time.

Currently, Give Kids the World Village has opened its gates to the community to its “Night of a Million Lights” walk-through holiday display, with proceeds going to support their mission to provide wish vacations to critically ill children and their families at no cost.

Give Kids the World credited their theme park partners, Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort, and SeaWorld Orlando; Nemours Children’s Hospital; for helping to make it possible for them to continue their 34-year legacy of transforming lives one precious moment at a time!
