Today’s the day, Osceola County! It’s Primary Election Day, and registered voters across Florida are heading to their designated home precincts to cast their ballots. Make sure your voice is heard—get out and vote!
If you’re unsure where your polling location is, you can easily find it by visiting the Supervisor of Elections website here. Polling locations will be open from 7 AM to 7 PM. Remember, you must be in line at your polling place by 7 PM to cast your vote. Don’t forget to bring your photo and signature ID to ensure a smooth voting process.
According to the Osceola County Supervisor of Elections Office, of the 223,760 registered voters, the unofficial turnout so far is 28,030 or 12.53%. This includes 19,134 votes from mail-in ballots and 8,896 from early voting.
If you requested a vote-by-mail ballot, your ballot must arrive at the Supervisor of Elections Office by 7 PM on Election Day to be counted.
For those who prefer to submit their vote-by-mail ballot in person, you can visit the Supervisor of Elections office. Be sure to bring your photo and signature identification, and ensure the envelope is sealed, signed, and dated.
If you requested a vote-by-mail ballot but decide to vote in person at your precinct instead, simply bring your mail-in ballot to your precinct, surrender it, and you’ll be provided with a regular ballot.
