It’s not surprising that given the beautiful weather Central Florida is experiencing Magic Kingdom is currently at capacity and is following their closure procedures.

Guests other than those that are staying at a Disney Resort and have a Platinum or Platinum Plus annual pass, or have reservations at the Magic Kingdom are being turned away. Positively Osceola is hearing that some guests are even being offered a $50 Disney gift card.

Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Years Day, and July 4th are the busiest days at most theme parks and so it’s not unusual to see closures at The Magic Kingdom and sometimes even EPCOT during these peak days.

As of 4:15pm we have not heard that Universal or SeaWorld are at full capacity, but crowds are extremely heavy at those parks as well.
