The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man they say exposed himself to two girls who were playing outside of their home in the Poinciana area.

Deputies said an 11-year-old girl and a 13-year-old girl told their family that a man got out of a black Toyota, exposed himself and began talking to the girls. After the man left, the girls gave family members a description of the vehicle, which was spotted later driving by neighborhood school bus stops, prompting the family to call the sheriff’s office.

The sheriff’s office arrested 26-year-old Jose Ponce-Hernandez on Tuesday, saying he was the driver of the vehicle. He was arrested on charges of lewd and lascivious exhibition, and driving without a driver’s license and is in the Osceola County Jail with no bond.
