Two men were arrested and now face robbery, theft and child-neglect charges for attacking a woman inside a Wawa store in Kissimmee while she was attempting to use an ATM, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
Osceola Sheriff Deputies were flagged down on March 17 at a Kissimmee Wawa by a woman who told them she was using an ATM inside the store when a young man grabbed the cash she had withdrawn and threw her to the ground. According to deputies, the man then fled on foot and jumped into a black Toyota Scion.
Detectives were able to locate the vehicle several hours later and found Jefferson Feliciano, 19, and Kevin Serrano, 18, and a one-year-old child. Both teens admitted their involvement in the robbery to the deputies and acknowledged that the child was in the backseat of the car during the theft.
