On Thursday February 15th Osceola County Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested 20 year-old Yeshua Obed Ramirez and charged him with Homicide-Negligence Manslaughter. The investigation into this case started on December 4, 2017, when deputies responded to a No Vitals call. Deputies found Fabiola Cosme-Feliciano unresponsive, who was in the company of her boyfriend, Yeshua Obed Ramirez.

Ramirez told Sheriff deputies that Fabiola had been sick for some time from diabetic complications, but couldn’t afford her diabetic medication. Fabiola was transported to the hospital where she was later pronounced dead. After further investigation Detectives found that Ramirez had prior knowledge of Fabiola’s medical condition and complications and still did not provide care or seek assistance from anyone that could have saved her life.

Ramirez watched Fabiola’s condition deteriorate over several days but didn’t call for help. Ramirez also Fabiola left her alone at home without transportation or method to communicate if her health was to deteriorate.

Deputies found that Ramirez was taking part in criminal drug activities while Fabiola was left home alone and critically ill. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Ramirez for Homicide-Negligent Manslaughter and Ramirez was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail with a $100,000 bond.
