The Best Buddies Friendship Walk is the leading walk in the country supporting inclusion for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (also known as IDD), and on May 1 at Old Town in Kissimmee, you can be a part of this extraordinarily important event in Osceola County.

Join 40,000 walkers across the country to support the Best Buddies programs in your schools, workplaces, and communities.  You’ll be making the world more welcoming to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities – one friendship, one job, and one life-changing connection at a time.

This year, there are three ways to participate in the Best Buddies Friendship Walk in Orlando! First, you can watch the event happening live from the comfort of your own home! Second, you can join the walk by taking a stroll in your own neighborhood and sharing a picture on your social media using the official Best Buddies Friendship Walk hashtag!

Finally, you can participate in person at Old Town on May 1 from 8 am – 12 pm for our safe and socially distanced drive-thru event! Here you can participate in the opening ceremonies and program from your car and the event will conclude with a victory lap, celebrating inclusion for all!
