“The suspension of a driver’s license can have far-reaching implications, affecting one’s ability to commute to work, fulfill family obligations, and partake in essential daily activities,” remarked Clerk of the Circuit Court & County Comptroller Kelvin Soto, Esq. “Operation Green Light seeks to relieve some of this pressure by providing a pathway towards license reinstatement that is fair, accessible, and conducive to financial stability.”

Prior to license reinstatement, the Clerk will confirm there are not any out of county or state suspensions or revocations, child support suspensions, or judicial department ordered revocations.  Individuals with these restrictions may not be eligible to reinstate same day.  Customers are encouraged to check the status of their driver’s license online at https://services.flhsmv.gov/DLCheck/

For added convenience, the Florida Licensing on Wheels (FLOW) bus will be at the courthouse on March 28th from 8:00am-4:00pm to assist with issuing new driver licenses, obtaining identification cards, or other motor vehicle related matters.
