For the safety of citizens, a mandatory countywide curfew will be in effect for all of Osceola County from Sunday at 7 p.m. to Monday at 6 p.m. This includes the cities of Kissimmee and St. Cloud.

It is important for all residents to remain off the streets as Hurricane Irma passes through our community. It is likely that dangerous conditions will exist immediately following the storm with possible downed power lines and fallen trees. Having non-essential vehicles off the streets ensures public safety personnel and law enforcement can adequately provide services once the storm passes.

This curfew will not apply to emergency responders, employees at hospital and health care facilities and critical staff for businesses that provide essential commodities and services.

Individuals going to or from work must have a photo ID and work phone number.
