A 20-year-old Kissimmee man was killed early Tuesday morning when he was partially ejected from his car after losing control and going off the road, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

The fatal crash was reported at 12:30 a.m. on South Poinciana Boulevard.

According to the FHP, Moses Rodriguez was driving southbound on Poinciana Boulevard in his 2007 Ford Focus when he lost control of the vehicle, went off the road and overturned numerous times.

Rodriguez was not wearing a seat belt and was partially ejected from the car. He was pronounced dead at the scene, FHP has reported.

It’s not currently known whether alcohol played a role in the crash, the FHP said.
