It’s time for incoming middle and high school students and their parents to become familiar with their new schools for next school year, so the Osceola County School District secondary and high schools will host Student Orientation Nights on the following dates:
Incoming 6th Grade Orientation Night
January 22, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Location: All middle and K-8 schools
Students who will move on next school year to sixth grade, along with their parents, are invited to attend the Orientation Night at their new middle school to meet their principal, to get an idea of what classes will be offered, to make their way around the campus, to learn about the extracurricular sports and club offerings, and more. This Orientation Night provides an opportunity for parents to get involved in the next step of their child’s education. Parents with Orientation Night questions are encouraged to contact the middle school their child will attend.
Incoming Ninth Grade Student Curriculum Night
January 29, 2024
6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Locations: All high schools and Osceola County School for the Arts
Students going into ninth grade next school year, along with their parents, are invited to attend to meet their new principals, to get an idea of what classes will be offered, to make their way around the campuses, and to learn about curriculum, clubs, and extracurricular sports offerings, and more. These Curriculum Nights will be a great opportunity for parents to get involved in the next step of their child’s education. Parents with Curriculum Night questions are encouraged to contact their individual school.
Noches de Programas de Estudio / Orientación para estudiantes entrantes de sexto y noveno grado

Los estudiantes que pasarán el próximo año a sexto grado, junto con sus padres, están invitados a asistir a la Noche de Orientación en su nueva escuela intermedia para conocer a su director, para tener una idea de qué clases se ofrecerán, para recorrer el recinto escolar, para aprender acerca de los deportes extracurriculares y ofertas de clubes y mucho más. Esta Noche de Orientación será una gran oportunidad para que los padres se involucren en el siguiente paso de la educación de sus hijos. Los padres que tengan preguntas sobre la Noche de Orientación pueden ponerse en contacto con la escuela intermedia a la que asistirá su hijo.
