On Sunday, February 10, 2019, Deputies with the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office were contacted by Felix Alexis Davila-Rodriguez who reported that his girlfriend had been kidnapped by three individuals that he had borrowed money from. Davila-Rodriguez told Sheriff’s Deputies that he was receiving frantic phone calls from his girlfriend telling him she had been kidnapped.

A short time later, Davila-Rodriguez received a phone call from a man demanding money or his girlfriend would be hurt. The man then told Davila-Rodriguez to bring the money and meet him at a specific location and that he better not call law enforcement.

Osceola County Detectives and Gang Unit responded to the location in order to locate the victim and the kidnappers if possible. A short time later the kidnapping victim was let go and recovered by detectives.

The suspects were then identified and arrested at the Magnuson Hotel (4694 West Irlo Bronson Highway). All three suspects were charged with Kidnapping, Battery and False Imprisonment.
