The Florida Department of Health in Osceola County is warning residents about scam calls taking place in relation to COVID-19 test results.

During the scam calls, the caller ID may show up as the health department’s phone number with the caller requesting a social security number. FDOH-Osceola will call to notify of negative and positive results or of a possible exposure to COVID-19.

FDOH-Osceola will never ask for your social security number or personal financial information.
