On Tuesday, a 26 year-old man in Osceola County was arrested for Lewd Contact, Use of Computer to Seduce, and Soliciting or luring a Child after communicating to an undercover detective he thought was a 14-year-old girl.
Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Unit were working to locate online predators and was contacted online by Jose Alejandro Martinez, who was communicating to an undercover detective posing as a 14-year-old female.
The online conversation turned sexual and led to Jose asking for nude pictures from the detective who he believed to be a child.
Detectives with the ICAC unit contacted Jose at his home and placed Martinez under arrest for for Lewd Contact, Use of Computer to Seduce, and Soliciting or luring a Child.
Jose was placed in custody for the warrant and transported to the Osceola County Jail with a $20,000.00 Bond
