This Florida Radish and Tomato Salsa is a positively delicious, vibrant addition to any meal. This fresh salsa combines the crisp bite of local radishes with juicy tomatoes, creating a lively blend of flavors and textures.   • 1 1/2 cups Florida radishes, rinsed, trimmed and julienned
  • 2 large Florida tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onion, diced small
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, rinsed and chopped
  • 1 1/2 limes, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Latin seasoning blend or taco seasoning, plus more to taste
  • Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir to mix. Taste and adjust seasoning with sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Keep cold and serve with crispy Florida tortilla chips.
