Central Florida theme parks continue to work hard to attract guests while at the same time, keep them safe and secure amid the continued coronavirus pandemic.

SeaWorld Orlando has had their creative team firing on all cylinders with the creation of their new Flicks and Fireworks drive-in movie event, “rebooting” their Seven Seas Food Festival by kicking off their “A Taste of Seven Seas” food ands craft beer event, and most recently, by launching Electric Ocean Remix: Fridays and Saturdays, through September 5 & Sunday, September 6

Now, SeaWorld has announced it is creating even more opportunities for people to experience their park by opening up on an additional day of the week… Thursdays.

When SeaWorld Orlando re-opened in June, it did so 5 days a week, staying closed on Tuesdays and on Thursdays. Now they’ve stepped one day closer to being back to 7 days a week.

In order to manage their park’s capacity and to pay strict attention to CDC guidelines, they are going to continue to require guest reservations. SeaWorld is probably the most naturally “socially distanced” theme park in Central Florida., but managing park attendance is key and they should be applauded for making sure the amount of guests in their park is still a major priority.

SeaWorld Orlando guests are now able to stay late on the weekends to enjoy the Electric Ocean Remix. The high energy dance party will culminate with the return of crowd fav Light up the Night fireworks display.

So, there you have it… more summer fun possibilities as we all continue to make our way through the crazy and uncertain times.
