On November 14th the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a thirteen year old girl who disclosed that she was sexually abused by 46-year-old Jeffrey Winward of St. Cloud when she was eight years old.
The investigation revealed there was probable cause that Winward committed at least seven acts of Lewd & Lascivious Molestation against the 8-year-old child. On December 6th Winward was arrested. Winward denied the allegations but since his arrest, additional victims have come forward accusing Winward of sexual abuse.
