The St. Cloud Police Department is continuing to investigate a stabbing that took place outside the St. Cloud Walmart on Monday.
The St. Cloud Police Department responded to the St. Cloud Walmart on Monday after receiving a report of a possible stabbing in the parking lot.
When St. Cloud Police Officers arrived at the Walmart they found a man who had been stabbed in the stomach area.
The man told the officers that a black or Hispanic male wearing a hat and basketball shorts had stabbed him and then left the scene before the officers arrived.
The man who was stabbed was taken to Osceola Regional Medical Center in stable condition.
No arrests have been made and the incident remains an active investigation as the St. Cloud awaits forensic investigation. Anyone with additional information is asked to call the St. Cloud Police Department at (407) 891-6700.
