The customer service call centers and customer walk-in center for the city’s Utilities and Solid Waste departments will be closed for the afternoon on Tuesday, Nov. 16, starting at 12 noon for staff training. Regular customer service hours will resume at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 17.
“Although we understand this may be an inconvenience for the afternoon, we believe the investment in staff training ultimately benefits all of our customers,” said City Manager Bill Sturgeon. “This day of training will help enhance their skills and contribute to the city’s vision of providing excellent service to our residents.”
