St. Cloud Utilities to resume disconnection procedures in August

As our community enters into the recovery phases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and works together to reopen safely, the St. Cloud Utilities Department is returning to regular business operations. Service disconnection for non-payment and late fees will resume beginning Monday, August 3, 2020.
