“It was really good to play at home and have a great crowd,” Osceola head coach Dylan Murphy said. “When we needed it our crowd gave us energy, it was awesome.”
“As my teammates and I drove in we had asked if there was another event going on,” McClung said after the game. “They were all here for us. It was a great atmosphere and a lot of fun. We were thrilled with the fans.”
“We could feel the energy as soon as we came in,” Williams stated. “It felt like the crowd was right behind us, they were our sixth man, and we needed their energy in the final stretch.”
Osceola shot 53.7 percent from the floor during the first half and took a 74-51 halftime lead. The Magic remained in the driver’s seat and ended the game shooting 38.9 percent from deep and never looked back.
