The Liberty High School Winter Guard competed at the 2019 FFCC State Color Guard Scholastic AAA Championships on Friday, March 29th, 2019. They were seeded 4th in their division and after their outstanding performance, moved up 2 places being named the 2019 Florida Federation Color Guard Circuit State Championships Scholastic AAA Silver Medalist (2nd Place).

This is Liberty High School‘s first year competing in a state color guard contest and the highest placement any team in our region has received. Liberty High School was also the only school in the state who was promoted to a higher division and still placed Top Performance Honors. In recognition of their dedication and hard work, the students and coaches all received Silver Medals and will be recognized at the school’s upcoming pep rally.

Celebration High School Winter Guard also competed in Scholastic AAA Division and placed 11th.

On Saturday, March 30th, 2019, Harmony High School Winter Guard competed at the 2019 FFCC State Color Guard Class B Championships. Harmony scored an outstanding record-breaking performance of 88.06, was named the 2019 Florida Federation Color Guard Circuit State Championships Class B Bronze Medalist (3rd Place). This is the highest placement Harmony High School Winter Guard has ever received. The students and coaches were awarded Bronze Medals and will be recognized at the school’s upcoming event.
