As previously announced June 24, Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be resuming disconnections and will reinstate late-payment fees beginning Monday, August 3.

The difficult decision to resume disconnections and late fees was not made lightly, and Toho’s goal is to help customers through this unprecedented time. Prior to reinstating disconnections and late fees, Toho has put financial programs in place to mitigate a potential loss of water service.
