A 56-year-old man was fatally shot in the parking lot of a West Kissimmee hotel on Friday, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Osceola Deputies responded to a report of shots fired at the Red Star Restaurant and Hookah Bar at 4561 West Irlo Bronson Highway, upon arriving they found the shooting victim nearby in the parking lot of Duo Boutique Hotel.
The 56-year-old man was identified as Kenneth Lester Leggett. Deputies said Leggett later succumbed to his shooting injuries.
Anyone with information about the shooting are asked to contact the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office at (407) 348-2222 or Crimeline at 1-800-423-8477, where information leading to an arrest may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000 dollars.
