City of St. Cloud Invites Community to Annual MLK Day of Service

The City of St. Cloud is inviting the community to join them in honoring the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. at this year’s MLK Day of Service.

The MLK Day of Service will take place at Hopkins Park on Monday, Jan. 15 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and is a community clean-up event, suitable for all ages.

“This event is a way for our community to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by giving back to the community during this community clean-up,” said Mayor Nathan Blackwell. “We encourage our residents to dress comfortably and join us. We have tasks available for all ages.”

Lunch will be provided to all volunteers. Hopkins Park is located at 620 E. 17^th St. in St. Cloud.
